Home medical equipment is ordered through your healthcare provider. Upon receipt of an order MEDAK, Inc. will contact you to set up a complete inservice/training session. To include:

During the rental period MEDAK, Inc is available for all equipment related questions.

EQUIPMENT RETURN

When you have discontinued use of the equipment please contact MEDAK, Inc. Equipment can be dropped off or picked up. If you are outside of Anchorage we have alternative shipping methods. Please contact us at 907-569-0004 for instructions.
